Join Briana Christine in this hands on event to begin incorporating Ayurveda’s principles of self awareness and self care, to live harmoniously within yourself in a state of balance and health.
In this class you will learn to make a staple in an Ayrvedic diet: Kitchari! Think of it as the chicken soup of the Ayurvedic soul. Naturally vegan, gluten free, anti inflammatory and gut healing.
Participants will take home a container of their own Kitchari to eat throughout the week, as well as a beautiful introduction to an Ayurvedic lifestyle.
